im like gaining what i lost during the holidays cos i really don't have time to exercise :( i feel like total shit cos my body is like aching for a run and now i feel so unfit and like i used to be able to run for at least 45 mins and last tuesday's PE, i was panting after a 700m run. OMG i hate my body... i can never remain fit for long! UNFAIR!
I've decided that instead of fretting over this crap. I'm going to blog about what are my plans :p
LOSE WEIGHT and RUN FASTER!
Based on my height and weight:
BMR:1367.44cal
Including light activitites: 1880 cal* no more half a cadbury block indulgence yo.*
in order to lose weight, i can either run 35o0 cals away or minus 500 off my daily cal intake... no points for guessing which i'd choose most of the time.

and I wanna go for a marathon when i get fitter and can actually run 42km O.O

4. I WILL STOP WATCHING DRAMA SERIALS THAT IS DEGENERATING MY BRAIN
5. I WILL KNOCK INTO STUFF LESS TO PRESERVE WHATEVER BRAINCELLS I HAVE LEFT
6. I WILL PAY ATTENTION IN THE MOST BORING OF ALL LECTURES
7. I WILL LOVE MATHS AND ECONS EVEN THOUGH I CANT UNDERSTAND IT!
ive already wasted one year...i cnt dissapoint my parents again. Not after what they've done and given to me...
